# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a clean mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff, glossy peaks are achieved.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until the blend is uniformly smooth.
04 - Carefully fold the egg yolk blend into the whipped egg whites, maintaining the aerated texture.
05 - Divide the batter evenly into individual bowls according to the desired number of colors. Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each and gently fold to incorporate.
06 - Spoon colored batters in adjacent dollops onto the lined baking sheet to create a rainbow effect. Lightly swirl with a spatula for a marbled appearance if preferred.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the surface is set and lightly golden.
08 - Allow baked cloud bread to cool for several minutes on the baking sheet before removing. Serve immediately for optimal fluffiness.
