# Components:

→ Greens

01 - 2 cups fresh spinach, packed
02 - 1/2 cup kale, stems removed, packed

→ Fruits

03 - 1 ripe banana
04 - 1/2 green apple, cored and chopped
05 - 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
06 - 1/2 avocado, optional, for creaminess

→ Liquids

07 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
08 - 1/2 cup cold water

→ Extras

09 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional
10 - Juice of 1/2 lime
11 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, optional, to taste

01 - Add spinach, kale, banana, green apple, pineapple, and avocado (if using) to a high-speed blender.
02 - Pour in almond milk, cold water, lime juice, and honey or maple syrup if desired.
03 - Add chia seeds if using.
