03 - 8 slices Cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup whipped cream cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
07 - 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced into sticks
08 - 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
→ Hat Decoration
09 - 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
10 - 8 small pretzel sticks
11 - 1/4 cup guacamole or hummus
12 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, optional
# Directions:
01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Stack the large flour tortillas and cut each one into a large triangle, reminiscent of a tall hat shape. Reserve any tortilla scraps for future use.
03 - Arrange the tortilla triangles on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until they begin to crisp slightly and turn lightly golden, while remaining pliable. Allow them to cool partially.
04 - In a small mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese with the finely chopped fresh chives.
05 - Generously spread a thin layer of the chive cream cheese mixture over each tortilla triangle, ensuring a 1/2-inch border remains clear around the edges.
06 - Layer a slice of the chosen deli meat (or grilled zucchini), a slice of Cheddar cheese, a few strips of red bell pepper and cucumber, and a portion of baby spinach leaves along the wider base of each tortilla triangle.
07 - Carefully roll up each tortilla triangle, starting from the base and tapering towards the tip, to create a cone shape. Gently press to secure the seam. If necessary, use a small amount of guacamole or hummus to help seal the edge.
08 - Insert a pretzel stick into the base of each rolled wrap to represent a witch's broomstick handle.
09 - Adorn the rim of each hat with sliced black olives and, if desired, sprinkle with poppy seeds for an enchanting finish.
10 - Stand the completed witch hat wraps upright on a serving platter and present immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
