# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like a dessert you're allowed to eat for breakfast without the guilt.
  • You can make a whole week's worth in 10 minutes of actual hands-on time.
  • The texture is addictive—creamy, crunchy, and cold all at once.
02 -
  • If your freezer isn't cold enough, the bark stays soft and sticky—a rock-solid freezer is non-negotiable for this recipe.
  • Wet berries will slide right off before freezing, so pat them completely dry with a paper towel first.
03 -
  • Use a damp knife to cut your bark into pieces if breaking by hand feels too chaotic—the moisture helps prevent sticking.
  • Make a double batch and break it into individual portions in small freezer bags so you can grab one piece at a time without thawing the whole thing.
