01 - 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls, including icing packets
02 - 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in syrup, drained
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

07 - Icing from cinnamon roll packages
08 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
02 - Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters. Set aside icing packets for later use.
03 - In a large bowl, gently combine the drained peach slices with brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
04 - Arrange half of the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish. Cover with half of the peach mixture.
05 - Repeat with remaining cinnamon roll quarters and the rest of the peaches. Evenly drizzle the melted butter over the top.
06 - Place the dish on the center rack of the oven. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
07 - Allow the casserole to cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle icing from the packages over the top. If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans.
08 - Serve warm, with vanilla ice cream on the side if desired.
