16 - 1½ tsp fresh sage, finely chopped (or ½ tsp dried)
17 - ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
18 - Salt and black pepper to taste
19 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

05 - Stir in pumpkin purée, broth, heavy cream, sage, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
06 - Mix in Parmesan cheese, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed.
