11 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
12 - 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched and chopped
13 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
14 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
15 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
16 - Pinch of red pepper flakes
17 - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Set oven temperature to 475°F. If using a pizza stone, position it on the middle rack to preheat.
02 - Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel. Brush the outer edge with olive oil.
03 - Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth, then add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook while stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
04 - Distribute garlic-Parmesan sauce evenly across the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
05 - Distribute cooked chicken and blanched broccoli evenly over the sauce. Top with mozzarella and additional Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
06 - Place pizza in preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
07 - Remove pizza from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Slice with a pizza cutter and serve immediately while hot.
