# Directions:

01 - Thinly slice the orange and lemon into rounds or half-moons. Extract the pomegranate seeds and reserve them.
02 - Thread a raspberry, a pomegranate seed, and a mint leaf onto each cocktail pick to form vibrant skewers. Moisten each glass rim with water or citrus juice, then dip into granulated sugar to create a sparkling effect. Place edible rose petals or a few red currants on each skewer or directly atop the drinks.
03 - Use a microplane or vegetable peeler to create dark chocolate shavings and sprinkle them lightly over the cocktails. Optionally, dust with edible glitter to enhance the midnight sparkle.
