# Components:

→ Puff Pastry

01 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

→ Cheese

02 - 4 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 24 small cubes

→ Cranberry

03 - 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

→ Garnish (optional)

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans or walnuts

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet to smooth creases and cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Press a pastry square into each muffin cup, gently shaping to fit.
04 - Place one cube of Brie into each pastry cup and top each with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
05 - Optionally sprinkle with chopped herbs and nuts to taste.
