13 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon if using, and a pinch of salt.
03 - Brush both sides of each flour tortilla with melted butter. Evenly sprinkle the cocoa-sugar mixture across both surfaces.
04 - Stack the coated tortillas and slice each into eight wedges to form chips. Arrange chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake chips for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and fragrant. Allow chips to cool completely on the baking sheet.
06 - In a medium mixing bowl, gently combine diced strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and apple. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and honey or maple syrup. Add chopped mint if desired and toss until evenly mixed.
