# Directions:

02 - In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then whisk in buttermilk, milk, melted unsalted butter, molasses, and vanilla extract until smooth and homogeneous.
03 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing to keep batter light.
04 - Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil to prevent sticking.
