# Directions:
01 - Lay out a flour tortilla and spread a thin, even layer of softened cream cheese over the surface. Place one slice of deli meat (or cheese for vegetarian) and one slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese on top. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and slice in half to form two diploma wraps. Secure each with a chive stem or green onion top to resemble a scroll. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
02 - Place a small dab of melted chocolate atop each mini truffle or peanut butter cup. Press a square cracker gently onto the chocolate to form the flat cap top. Cut fruit leather or licorice into small strips and affix one tassel to the center of each cap using melted chocolate.
