# Directions:
01 - Whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
02 - Add salmon cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes for enhanced flavor.
03 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon cubes in the skillet, reserving marinade, and sear each side for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
04 - Reduce heat to medium and pour reserved marinade into the skillet. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the salmon pieces.
05 - Remove from heat. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the salmon if desired. Serve promptly.
