01 - 4 large flour tortillas (8-inch)
02 - 4 large dill pickles, whole
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

06 - 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
# Directions:
01 - Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean cutting board.
02 - Spread 1 ounce of softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla using a spreading knife.
03 - Place one slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped dill and finely diced red onion over the cheese, and drizzle with yellow mustard.
05 - Position one whole dill pickle along the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Roll up each tortilla tightly around the pickle, securing all fillings inside.
