# Components:

→ Probiotic Base

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

→ Flavoring

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes

# Directions:

01 - In a thoroughly cleaned glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Introduce water kefir grains or ginger bug along with lemon juice, and mix gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter secured by a rubber band. Allow to ferment at ambient temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours, until slightly effervescent and tangy.
03 - Remove and strain out the kefir grains or ginger bug, discarding or reserving them for future batches.
04 - In a pitcher, combine the fermented soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to integrate all flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the mocktail, and garnish each serving with an orange slice and additional mint if desired.
06 - Serve immediately to enjoy the optimal fizz and aromatic freshness.
