02 - 1 cup mixed seasonal fruit, washed, peeled, and chopped

04 - 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Wash, peel, and chop the seasonal fruit as needed.
02 - Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt into the bottom of two clear glasses or jars.
