- Filling Variations (choose two or three): 1/2 cup cooked diced bacon or smoked ham, 1/2 cup grated Gruyère or Swiss cheese, 1/2 cup sautéed spinach, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered, 1/3 cup caramelized onions, 1/2 cup cooked mushrooms, finely chopped, 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

- Step 7:
- Arrange mini quiches on a large board or platter in the shape of a village cluster them as houses and use rosemary sprigs as trees
- Step 8:
